Jewelry designer Yumi Endo from New York City describes her work as an intersection of design and technology.  Endo, a Parsons graduate, is inspired by urban patterns and architectural forms.  She works in stainless steel, acrylic and 925 sterling silver to create her geometric designs.  925 refers to the alloy created from a 92.5% mass of silver and a 7.5% mass of another metal, such as copper.  CUT, the name of her studio, uses both traditional and cutting edge fabrication methods to produce clean, modern jewelry.
